with friends is that I can show how effortless we can be
when preparing tasty and nutritious vegan dishes.. hahaha :D
I suddenly thought of this old time favourite
when I was on MRT this morning.

Ginger Mushroom
Ingredients:
Oyster Mushrooms (washed and pat-dried) ----------- 20pcs
Ginger (thumb-size) ------------------------------------- 2 pcs (more, if you like spicy food)
Miso ---------------------------------------------------- 2 tsp (heapful)
Methods:
-- Blend ginger with a blender into juicy paste.
-- Arrange mushrooms on a ceramic plate, lay the ginger paste on top.
-- Put into a steamer to steam for 7min
-- Stir the miso into the ginger paste when the dish is cooked.
-- Serve immediately.
