Overcoming Infectious Diseases

Mutation is natural tool
for evolution into harmonisation
During this unusual time, where mainstream media,
for unknown reasons, spread incomplete and biased information,
common people become worried about:

(C) Mutation of Infectious Agent

Mutation is not exclusive to infectious agents.
It is a natural property of all biological beings on Earth.
It is a function for biological beings to evolve
to harmonise with the biosphere.

There are biological beings which mutate
much quicker than others.
This usually happens with more primitive and lower realm beings
-- because these lower beings are more susceptible
to hostility of the new environment,
and they need to keep shuffling the ways
they interact with the adverse environment
in order to harmonise and survive.

When new strain of infectious agent emerges,
they are "clumsy and reckless"
creating chaos and even death in the community.
But we know such chaos and death, as mentioned in previous posts,
can be mitigated, by boosting our own immunity, hygiene practices and keeping a distance.

The only goal of the infectious agent is to survive,
it's counter-intuitive for an infectious agent to kill it's host quickly.
Because once the host is killed quickly,
they will not be able spread to other new individuals and extinct.

The infectious agent once found out that it's too "reckless" (ie too virulent)
it will mutate to tone down
to eventually cause less severe symptoms or even no death.

Therefore mutation is important
for these infectious agent to blend into our society.
We know from previous post that
their blending into our society helps us
to improve our immunity
to face other infectious agent in future.

However, modern medicine takes a different view
on the emergence of infectious agents.

Modern doctors and scientists harp heavily on
killing, terminating, removing the infectious agent.

During such a hostile process,
the infectious agent could only respond
by mutating into more virulent strains.

The more artificial intervention is exerted,
the higher the resistance the infectious agent will gain.

Infectious agent's mutation towards hostility
can be easily solved by stopping artificial interventions
and practice the 'mantra' of:

1. immunity boosting
2. exposure reduction

When we face the infectious agent
in panic and with fear,
we buy into modern narrative that
the infectious agent is our enemy.
We will then adopt hostile measures
against the infectious agent,
whirling into a spiral-down viscous cycle.

Mutation is not anything to fear about.

What is truly concerning is
human being's intention towards the infectious agent:

A. Terminating the infectious agent?
     Or
B. Accepting it in sensible intensity of exposure, with boosted immunity

If it is (A) ,
the infectious agent will mutate to defend and to resist,
and eventually will become more virulent.

If it is (B),
there is no driving force to mutate into higher virulence.
Instead, human acceptance will drive it to mutate
towards low virulence, high contagiousness,
to establish its existence in our biosphere.

It is know that throughout human evolution,
we have accepted so many of these infectious agents
into our body, even deep down to DNA level,
that they are now 8% of human genetic material!

These infectious agents successfully incorporated into our DNA
so that they get to propagate with human,
every time, our cell divides

-- interestingly these infectious agents
often have to offer some kind of beneficial gain of function
to incorporate into our DNA
(which will be too elaborate to mention here)

The (B) scenario
is the exact opposite of modern narrative
that infectious agents are our enemies.

As mentioned in previous posts,
we should instead see them as
our new colleagues at the work place.

They are here for a good purpose.

But in the beginning,
we need to keep a sensible distance
(to prevent being harmed severely)
and deal with them with well-wishing tactics,
before both parties compromise and agree on
a mutually beneficial collaborative protocol.

Hope these few posts so far have offered
some empowering knowledge and clarity
to face the self-inflict illusion of infectious disease crisis.

With metta,
Kee Yew

感染病原唯一目标就只是求存而已;

如果是 (A) ,

Overcoming Infectious Diseases

Infectious agent is not our enemy
Another highly confused issue of infectious disease is:

(B) Infectious Agent
Most common concept about infectious agent is that
it is the enemy of human beings.

While this is true in some limited context,
in which the infectious agent causes
paralysis of our normal routines or even death,
infectious agent only causes significant impact
when:

i. we have low immunity due to
improper diet, lifestyle, living environment and mental state

ii. the intensity (dosage and frequency) of
exposure to infectious agent is unusually high

iii. the strain of infectious agent is
unusually novel (hence virulent) in its genetic make-up

When we are able to resolve the 3 concerns above,
we can live harmoniously with the infectious agent after infection

The corresponding measures are:

i. build immunity through nourishing and easy to digest diet
-- so that our bodies have all the nutrients to function
-- eating an easy to digest diet will help conserve more energy to be diverted into immunity

ii. reduce intensity through social distancing, masking, handwashing and less outing

iii. restrict cross-borders travelling (containment of the infectious source)
so that the novel strain will mutate into less virulent strain gradually
-- from infectious disease studies, we know that
    the more virulent an infectious agent, the less contagious it is;
the more contagious the infectious agent, the less virulent it becomes.

-- infectious agents in order to improve their own survival (through increased contagiousness),
will naturally mutate to become less virulent, given sufficient time to interact with herd immunity.
(the next blog post will elaborate more on mutation of infectious agents)

If we implement all the above 3 measures together,
an infectious disease could be overcome within 12-24 months.

Ultimately, an infectious agent is not here to kill humanity
(hence it's not truly an enemy).

Infectious agents causes chaos and death in a community
(always for just a temporary transitional period only),
when the community has not yet adjusted with
the emergence of the new member (i.e. the novel infectious agent)
in our biosphere (collective term of all living things in a circle)

We have the same feeling
when we see a new colleague coming into our work place.

If we adjust well quickly,
the new colleague actually evolve with us.
If we take longer time to adjust,
the new colleague may look like our "enemy"

The more "eccentric" this new colleague is,
the more "pain" we suffer at work place (during the transitional period).
But we know eventually both old and new colleagues will harmonise,
as we want our lives to move on.

Hope the above information,
and deeper understanding about infectious agent,
give us more confidence and less fear
during this adjustment period,

By good will,
Kee Yew

iii.

iii.
--  感染病研究显示,
     越是有杀伤力的病原,其感染力越弱;
     越是有感染力的病原,其杀伤力越弱

-- 感染病原为了确保它们的生存(透过广泛传染),
    若给与足够时间和群体免疫磨合,必然会演进成杀伤力较弱的菌株
    (下一节,将进一步讨论病原演进变异)

Overcoming Infectious Diseases

Herd immunity comes from
genuine health
A lot of unnecessary fear of infectious diseases
are due to misunderstanding of
the science of immunity and infectious agents.

Here, we will revisit some common immunology concepts
which has been seriously misunderstood
through the deliberate effort of mainstream media
who try blur the concept for unknown reasons:

At first we should really learn what truly are:

(A) Herd Immunity

Herd immunity is spoken in the context of a community.
In this community where infectious disease spread,
if there are good percentage of
genuinely healthy individuals with strong immunity,
the spread of the infectious agent will be hindered or retarded.
These genuinely healthy individuals when infected,
will become asymptomatic and stop/reduce spreading the infectious agent.

When the dosage and speed of infectious agent reduce,
the other weaker individuals will have
more time to respond to the infectious agent,
eventually bringing down the severity level of the disease symptoms
and stop death from happening.

The narrative that we heard from the mainstream media
that only artificial intervention could bring about herd immunity
is a basically non-scientific at all.

In fact, the term of "herd immunity" has been hijacked
by the manufacturers of artificial intervention,
to make common people believe that our own human immunity is inferior
in facing a wide spread disease.

Before the invention of artificial intervention,
every single global wide spread disease was overcome by human immunity.
These global events usually fade off between 12-24months,
without artificial intervention at all.

Some parts of the world suffered more seriously with significant death
during those events because of many reasons including
. unusually weak immunity
. unusually bad pollution
. intensive dosage/frequency of exposure to infectious agent

Most other parts of the world
would gradually build up herd immunity through
. healthy nourishment and lifestyle that led to strong immunity
. removal of pollution sources
. reduced dosage/frequency of exposure
(through hygiene practices and social distancing)

In the mainstream media,
the above narrative was almost totally omitted (for unknown reasons)
to convince common people  that
*the "infectious efficacy" of an infectious agent
is exactly the same across the globe
(which is absolutely non-scientific),
hence artificial intervention is "a must"
regardless how healthy and how less polluted the community is. *
-- this is totally unacceptable.

所以,不管该社群有多健康,有多少污染;

Only with proper scientific knowledge,
we shall be empowered
to overcome infectious diseases.

Blessings,
Kee Yew

Overcoming Infectious Diseases

During some lengthy texting conversations in the past few days,
Sickness is a growing path

trying to pacify good friends and students not to panic,
I wrote these few words:

"It is important to know that we should not simply draw parallelism
with others who had severe conditions,
because our background/conditioning could be very different,
eg we are blessed by much better hygiene culture/practices,
healthier food, less social contact due to different work nature/environment etc.

To-do check list to overcome an infectious disease
1. Stay home more, to reduce exposure frequency
2. Keep social distancing , to dilute infectious dosage
3. Wear mask, to reduce infectious dosage
4. Wash hands before eating, to reduce infectious dosage
5. Have daily bowel movement, as clean bowel is critical for strong immunity
6. Consume pesticide free herbals or food therapeutics regularly to fortify respiratory health, eg. Ginger mint tea, white radish soup, barley drink, bitter gourd juice etc

-- By reducing exposure frequency and dosage of infection,
then the severity of infection will naturally reduce.

It's totally ok to be infected by any Infectious Diseases,
so that we get immunized naturally.

But the mechanism of infection must be of
LOW dose, LOW frequency,
so that our immunity can have enough time to tackle.

A sudden high dose infection
will render our immunity lack of response time
towards a new infecting agent.
Hence the higher chance of severity upon infection.
And vice versa.

So, the proper concept of infectious disease
is not to avoid being infected.
But to be infected at a gentle, low dose, gradual way.
不是在于避免、逃避感染;

Being infected is good,
because it prepares us to face another infectious agent in the future.
Skipping the infection (a kind of immunity training)
through artificial intervention
will only pile up the training at a big step up intensity in future
(meaning more dreadful infected symptoms upon exposure to new mutants)"

Many good will to all
from a former biomedical researcher with career background on cancer immunology, immunotherapy.
