You can make a litre each of the juice of A to D ingredients and keep each separately in a glass bottle in a refrigerator. Best to add fresh lime and sugar as and when you make a drink.
Gather all the pulp of ingredients A, B and D into a clean cotton bag and put into a porcelain pot with 2 to 3 or 4 litres (depending on the quantity of pulp) of filtered or purified water to boil and as soon as the water boils turn to low simmer for 10 minutes after which you can use it to make the above tea instead of using plain purified water. The remainder liquid when cooled you can keep in glass bottle with a cover and refrigerate for later use to make cold or hot drink with the above ingredients.
Use the tumeric pulp to grind with chilli padi into a fine paste then add Himalaya black salt, black molasses sugar (according to your taste) and organic extra virgin olive oil first cold press and keep it a glass or porcelain jar with a cover. Keep it in the refrigerator and use some as and when required as a condiment by adding fresh lime juice according to taste. Make sure you use a clean dry porcelain spoon each time you dish out the chilli paste to ensure the rest in the jar are not contaminated. This tumeric chilli paste can kill parasites in your body and enhance the function of your liver.

How psychological wellness influences bodily wellness?
Once, I was at this wellness seminar given by
a reknowned transplant surgeon,
Dr Radha Gopalan.
He was mentioning in his talk that,
he could segregate the type of transplant patients
according to their behaviour and mindset.
In order words, he claimed that
in many of his transplantation cases,
psychological health of his patients
plays a vital role in inducing the failures
of their organs.
He found that the strong correlations below:
Heart Transplant Patients:
have problem dealing with negative emotions
e.g. love, anger and fear
Kidney Transplant Patients:
behave like children, are too dependent and
are lack of the sense of responsibility
Liver Transplant Patients:
have problem with 'problem solving'
Bone Marrow Transplant and Cancer Patients:
have the sense of self-worthlessness
(likely lack of love in childhood,
with sense of abandoned)
Mind and Body do connects.
Those are the proofs,
as illustrated by real experience of a transplant surgeon.
Well wishes,
KY

Advice from 9 Millionaires
Over the weekend,
I was at T. Harv Eker's "Never Work Again" workshop.
One of the highlight during this enriching, inspiring and eye-opening event
was a forum session T. Harv Eker interviewing
8 other multi-millionaires!
Among these millionaires were:
Keith Cunningham, Saen Higgins, Larry West,
Phil Town, Courtney Smith, Tom Hua etc...
Here are some notes to share from the very intriguing session:
Millionaires' precious lessons learnt when they faced their biggest challenges in life:
- do not give up
- be persistent
- follow the rules (ie be disciplined)
- follow own core value
- do your own research before investing
- be humble
- do not invest unless you are sure or are guided by gurus
The most important values that millionaires treasure:
- integrity
- to give and to help people
- dharma
- empathy
- do it for your loved ones not for yourself
1-liners that 9 mulit-Millionaires want us to always remember:
- to do what you say you will do
- to find your passion and to follow it
- to be yourself
- to be truthful
- to execute an imperfect plan violently (passionately) rather than to execute a perfect plan poorly
- never give up x3
- how on Earth, to be the man or woman you could be
- solve problems for other people

The Bliss of Being of Service to People
My volunteering life started when
I first went visit the orphaned old folks residing at
Kreta Ayer studio flat in 2002.
It's a regular activities under the roof
of The Chinese Buddhist Association @ Kreta Ayer.
Before that, I had been tiringly pursueing
the fountain of joy (true joy),
feeling deep the heart that
something wasn't quite fulfilled,
despite the good materialistic life I had.
-- I was almost like depressed for 5 or 6 years
after I graduated form high school.
Frustrated to find out the imperfections
in the world I live in.
I later remember a Chinese phrase implanted subconsciously
since primary school days:
"the root of happiness is to help people"
That very phrases immediately motivated
me to kick start my volunteering life
that now brings so much personal growth and the inner bliss!
(I didn't expect so much, really)
After Kreta Ayer, I was in the Executive Committee of
the Vegetarian Society (www.VSS.sg),
promoting vegetarianism, and at later time,
joined Kampung Senang (www.kg-senang.org.sg)
and Dharma Drum Youth Singapore (ddys.blogspot.com)
to promote holistic lifestyle and Buddha's teachings.
All throughout these years,
like many volunteering friends of mine,
I gather that the true joy
could be found in the path of volunteerism.
In volunteerism,
one learns the power of gratitude,
one understand the importance of selfless-ness,
one sees the rhythm of how our universe evolves,
hence the bliss emerging from within..
If you are on the path searching for
that very missing piece of
inner bliss..
check out one of these VWO organisations to volunteer with :)

Stories untold behind the current financial crisis
Just a few weeks ago, I attended a workshop conducted by Robert Kiyosaki.
He pointed out a few points on why the current econ crisis happened:
1. since year 1971, USD has become a currency, not money; and enter the new Capitalism Era
2. the USA is crazily printing USD in quadrillion a year to cover the debt
To be able to weather the current econ crisis and the bigger one to come in another 2 years, he suggested:
a. create cash flow income from investment instead of gambling for capital gain from investment
b. save money in term of gold and silver (especially silver), not cash
Also, Kiyosaki sentimenally commented
the lack of financial education in school and
poor financial IQ of the general public
are going to worsen the suffering in these financial turmoils.
To understand more about
the current econ crisis,
how to invest and
the keys to higher financial IQ,
check out this very good book by Kiyosaki:

The China Study: Do Not Eat Meat Until You Read This!
While most people seems understand the phrase:
What You Eat is What You Are
--meaning if one chooses a healthful diet,
one would have a healthy and strong body
and vice versa.
But, very few people truely appreciate,
simply, how a plant-based diet links to good health
and
actually, how meat brings disasters (sometimes irreversible!)
to our body.
Many a time, under-informed friends of mine,
would ask for the evidences for the above statements.
I usually refer them to
one of the best nutrition books in modern time:
The China Study by Prof Colin Campbell
This is also the book, I routinely quote in my vegetarian seminars;
telling my audiences how too much meat protein could turn on
oncogenes (cancer causing genes) and how milk actually is a devil
instead of the much-portraited calcium-supplementing angel image!
Everyone seriously should have a copy of this book at home,
if one ever serious take good nutrition to their hearts.

Sweet Memories from Taiwan Organic Tour by Cielo Sereno
Just came back from one of the sweetest tours
I had in recent years.
It was an organic tour to Taiwan,
organised by Cielo Sereno, a non-for-profit company
I set up in 2008 to educate general public
on healthy organic vegetarian living!
This tour of 30pax didn't really travel that many places
throughout Taiwan for it is just a 7-Day tour.
However we had the ultimate indulgence of
the large variety of quality organic vegetarian foods and
organic farms/resorts (min-shu) in Western Taiwan.
Here are some photos to share :)

Knowing What Holistic Wellness Means
People nowadays are getting more and more health conscious.
While this is a good phenomenon,
it actually takes a lot little more than just exercise and low-fat-low-salt diet,
to learn the true meaning of health.
A simple reason being, bodily health is just small piece of
a bigger jigsaw puzzle of integrated wellness or holistic wellness.
Owing to the interconnectedness among
all living and 'dead' things on Earth,
true health doesn't just come by easily,
without the integration of
the tangibles and intangibles,
the self and non-self,
the physical and the soul,
the centre and the peripherals...
To learn about true health or holistic wellness
in broad perspectives and in significant depth,
participate in the upcoming Holistic Wellness Symposium 2009 @ Singapore.
Well wishes!
.
Holistic Scope:
Body Wellness,
Environment Wellness,
Mind Wellness,
Soul Wellness
